Heidi's Happy Acres A family-run farm that celebrates the beauty of summer, fall and community spirit.

Whether you're stopping by for sweetcorn, pumpkins, sunflowers, or attending our seasonal events, there's something for everyone. Heidi’s Happy Acres is a family-operated 3rd-generation homestead located 5 miles east of Monroe. We provide a local outlet of specialty produce ranging from farm fresh eggs, a purple and white Wild Violet sweet corn in the summer, and a wide variety of pumpkins, orname

ntal corn, squash, and gourds in the fall. Each year we dedicate our picking season and a portion of our proceeds to a cause; our pickin’ for cause established in 2021. This fall, Heidi’s Happy Acres will be hosting Happy Harvest, an annual event the first Saturday in October, where local vendors come together to sell pumpkins, homemade food, and craft items. This fun-filled day will include bounce houses, a petting zoo, and other kid activities. Happy Harvest Fest '26 Vendor Applications are OPEN!

We’re officially opening vendor spots to the public for Happy Harvest 2026 at Heidi's Happy Acres! Happy Harvest is our annual fall festival held the first Saturday in October, welcoming 2,000+ guests for a full day of fall fun — pumpkins, food trucks, kids activities, corn maze, inflatables and an amazing lineup of local vendors.

We’re looking for: • Handmade & artisan vendors • Small businesses • Food vendors & food trucks • Farmers, makers, and unique finds This is a high-energy, family-friendly event with strong community support and great exposure for vendors.

These black gnats are HORRIBLE this year! I'm like a welt factory over here, you don't even feel them bite and then BAM theres is a huge swelled up itchy mess!
We LOVE The GnatsAss spray it's locally made in Green County, and all natural!
We have some still available for sale from last season (we were selling at the corn stand) & I know they ship and have a couple local spots that have some available too!

This farm stand is on the corner of Brunkow & Cnty KS towards Juda, we found it driving home last night. They have very healthy plants in the spring, fresh produce in the summer and baked goods during the season (says their signs)!

They have some really nice plant varieties you won't find at the local Walmart or most other uniformed stores 😁

Now let the rain fall and we will be back in a beat to plant these buggers ❤️🌱

Thanks to the local farmers of this stand we will be back!
