A Gathering Place Farm

It is done!!🙌🏻🙌🏻

Definitely a lot of work, but so glad it’s done and I can move on to the other things I need to do! 😊

Definitely different than the one we had, but still very pretty! Just need to get some planters for the front posts now since the other ones were broken when the old pergola came down. 😖.

Hope you love it too! (I’m thinking it might need a chandelier in the middle and some outdoor curtains swagged against the posts! 😍, we will see!!)

Hope you have a wonderful evening! I am definitely going try to relax a little the rest of the night!

Had a bad storm come through here all day Saturday, and this is the damage it caused. The pergola has been there for about 5 years or so, and I just rebuilt the top a couple months ago, and here we are….

Have other things I wanted/needed to do this week, but now this is at the top of the list. We got it all taken apart so we could clean up. The pillars are destroyed, so we will be rebuilding it with new posts, (Less charm and character for sure) but will still be pretty. 😢

So here’s to a big project I had no plans on doing🍻
Happy Monday ya’ll 😖

Did a little garden cleanup for the Fall and Winter season this week. Now it’s all fresh and clean until Springtime. Closed up the pool as well, so I guess I have to accept the fact that Fall is here. 🤣.

Hope you have enjoyed the beautiful weather this week!

I don’t think I have ever shared what Mia’s room looks like, so today is the day! 😊

I did a little rearranging so I could add this adorable teepee for her to hang out in. She loves it and was so excited when she saw it!

I love how pretty it all is and she can grow with it for years to come!

Hope you have been having a great week as well!

This new set got delivered last week and I finally got around to photographing it for you to see! It is beautiful! Wonderfully quality and so classy and cozy!

Definitely NOT ready for Fall yet, but slowly changing things up for the new season! I am loving this look for sure!

Hope you have been having a great week, and Happy Fall Ya’ll! 🤣

Enjoying as many remaining pool days as I can get! So sad to know cooler days are coming and soon the pool will be closed until the Spring.😢. I cherish the time that has been spent out here this summer and the memories that have been made. I know that time marches on, but it’s been years since I got to enjoy being outside, and in the pool during the summer, like I have this year.

It’s definitely bittersweet to know Fall is here….

I hope you’re making the most of your days as well!

So I did a little thing the other day…..

I reupholstered these chairs a few years ago when I first got them, and loved the look of the washable ruffle seat covers on them. I still love that shabby chic look, but wanted to change them up a bit.

I took off the covers and reupholstered the seats in my favorite color! I am loving how classy and elegant they look in this olive green velvet now! 😍 (And I can always put the covers back on to change up the look later😉) Swipe to see the before!

Hope you have been having a great week so far!!

Enjoying the last days/ weeks of summer. I am definitely relishing in the sunshine and pool time, and will be sad to see it end.

I love Fall as much as the next person, so don’t come for me! 😂. But I am a summer girl to the core and love being outside and in the water!

Hope you all are enjoying the last moments and making memories as well!

**just ignore the fire ant bites. I made some mad yesterday 😂
