ners of home brewing & wine making supply shop Maltose Express in Monroe, CT, have run their business on the simple premise of providing great products and services for their customers for nearly a quarter century. Veracious Brewing Company is the next step. Once open, the brewery will be operating a taproom on a limited schedule where customers will be able to enjoy a range of up to eight beer(s) styles by the pint, sample flights and will be able to purchase growler fills of any beer that is available on tap to take home and enjoy. Though food will not be served, customers are encouraged to bring their own snacks, sandwiches or pizza to eat while enjoying our great beers. A book of menus of select local restaurants will be available at the bar so that customers may order and have food delivered to the tap room. As the brewery progresses, our beers will be available on tap at many local restaurants throughout southern Connecticut - beginning in Summer 2015. Mark & Tess Szamatulski, owners of home brewing & wine making supply shop Maltose Express in Monroe, CT, have run their business on the simple premise of providing great products and services for their customers for nearly a quarter century. Veracious Brewing Company is the next step. The brewery operates a taproom where customers can enjoy a range of up to 19 beers by the pint or half pint, sample flights and will be able to purchase growler fills of any beer that is available on tap to take home and enjoy. There are also selected cans for sale. Though food is not served, customers are encouraged to bring their own snacks, sandwiches or pizza to eat while enjoying our great beers. A book of menus of select local restaurants will be available at the bar so that customers may order and have food delivered to the tap room. Food trucks are at the brewery on most Saturdays.
