Take a sneak peak at what is up for auction and have a chance to bid on aome items by yours truely!

The auction sneak peek is officially live!
You can browse, plan, plot, fall in love with something weird and beautiful and decide what you’re going to bid on when the auction opens. The best part? There are more things being listed the next couple days.

Bidding starts Monday the 15th at noon.

We have really cool home decor, professional photography packages, super fun gift baskets, pet bundles, beautiful handmade pieces made by woodworkers and local artists, very unique experiences, vintage finds, farm goods, and some truly excellent “only at a barn fundraiser” treasures.

Now here is where I plead a little.

Facebook is currently showing our content to about 1% of our 3,000 followers, which is extremely helpful if our fundraising goal was to whisper into a cereal box.

Had a wonderful chance to make a personalized batch of tea for a client looking for help with lymphatic drainage. Although I am not a doctor and all of my experience is anecdotal, I do love doing research to help as many as I can. I do not claim to cure, but if I can create something that helpa someone in even the smallest amount, it brings me joy.

Let me share the recipe for you and why these herbs are beneficial:

Astralagus- an immune booster and diuretic that also had antibacterial and antiviral properties.

Calendula- helps with gastrointestinal inflammation. If your gut isn't working well, you might have issues with processing food and nutrients.

Cleavers- promotes urination and to stimulate the lymphatic system.

Dandelion- diuretic and aid to kidney function. You need to be able to expell what is blocked up in your body cause the edema.

Echinacea- to strengthen and clear the lymph nodes

Ginger- enhances immune function and increases blood circulation.

Nettles- a mineral rich plant that helps build healthy blood, bones, joints, and skin. They also have an anti-inflammatory properties.

Red clover- another blood purifier that helps with swollen lymph glands and liver detoxification.

Combine equal parts of all of these. Place 1tbsp in a cup of hot water for 5-7min. Add honey to taste if desired. Reuse your tea bags a se and time to get the most out of your herbs. 2-4 cups per day would be most beneficial.
