Our meat looked good again this year! We sent 4 pigs, 10 chickens and 4 rabbits to the processor last week. We did a trade for some sheep. Love our friends CJ Hampton
Freezers are full!! So thankful for our blessings!! We’ll be having a farm to table dinner party soon when we reopen this fall!!
Also, we don’t sell meat to the public (only animals) but check out 3 Board Farm if you’re are looking for meat. They are having their market day soon.

We’re without power AGAIN!! We’ll get back to everyone whenever it’s restored. We did get some rain!! It seems it can’t rain a drop or the wind even blow and power is out. Sure is hot 🥵 Poor animals. Hope they have their fans today! 🤞🤞

Eclipse was One of our last bottle babies who turned 2 last year and she was pregnant and due this month. We are sad to say our big beautiful, friendly girl passed away this morning suddenly. We are not sure if it was due to complications w her baby or what but we lost both of them. Farming/Ranching is hard enough especially w the weather we are having but when something like this happens to one of our babies it brings us to our knees. RIP sweet Eclipse and we hope that you and your baby are grazing together in the great green pasture in the sky.

Thank you to Dana Hagood Toney for taking our baby rabbits. She has all that they needed and it is a blessing that she stepped up to give these babies the best chance of survival. Thank you so much!!!

We have four 2 day old baby rabbits. Mom passed away yesterday evening and I’ve been feeding them with a syringe trying to keep them alive. Judy is out of town so all on me, so if anyone wants one or 2 of these babies to save/raise, pls let me know.

We had a couple of the dogs groomed. Rosie got a Summer Aussie cut. I wish I’d have done a before and after!!
Vail HATED it. Thought he was going to have a heart attack when he came back in the back yard!! Had to sit outside and pet him for a while!! He looked so handsome though.
And Flurry is pi**ed and giving me side eye but she needs it the most!! She never likes it but gets these mats in her hair that we know are painful. 😣 You’re not supposed to shave a Great Pyrenees but we have no choice. Poor girl ❤️‍🩹
