My daughter in California saw the video for this dish and decided to make it herself—without all of our special ingredients. The good news? You can too.
This Tuscan Grilled Chicken with Burst Tomatoes & Garlic Herb Linguine is one of those dishes that feels like summer in Italy, without needing a plane ticket.
At A GoodFriend, we send the roasted garlic confit and sauce already prepared. If you're making it at home, roast peeled garlic cloves submerged in oil at 325°F for about 45 minutes until tender. Then blend some of the confit with chicken stock, marinara, and a little of the garlic oil to create a rich, garlic-forward sauce.
Grill some chicken, burst cherry tomatoes in olive oil, toss with linguine and the sauce, then finish with roasted garlic and fresh basil.
Simple ingredients. Big flavor. Summer Tuscan vibes.
