A couple wks back while reading about holistic meds I found this pineapple tea to make that helps with inflammation, blood sugar, digestion & imunuty, also pineapple is a natural detox to the body.
Pineapples also help reduce bruising.
I really hate waisting stuff so after I canned up some pineapple chunks I decided to make it.
It’s a tad bitter but with a spoonful of honey in my cup it made it delish.
I like it as a hot tea.

Messing around with some sewing and I am LOVING it!!!! 💖 Made this apron for my chicken loving daughter. Even went to their house yesterday and she was wearing it while cooking and then gathered up some eggs from the coop! 🐔 ♥️🥚
