The Bakehouse is taking a little pause next week while I step away to celebrate a very special birthday. ๐Ÿฅ‚

Youโ€™ll still find a limited number of Signature Chocolate Chip cookies at Come To The Table while Iโ€™m gone, but otherwise, Iโ€™m giving myself the week to simply enjoy the celebration.

Iโ€™ll see you back in the case after Labor Day.

And when I return, weโ€™ll be turning toward fall. ๐Ÿ‚

A fresh Monday Bakehouse Release is headed to Come to the Table this morning. ๐Ÿฏ

Todayโ€™s case has two Honeyed Petal favorites alongside two new bakes Iโ€™ve been working on:

๐Ÿช Signature Chocolate Chip
๐Ÿช Salted Toffee Chocolate Chip
๐Ÿฏ Salted Honey Shortbread โ€” buttery shortbread finished with a honey glaze and flaky sea salt
๐ŸคŽ Maple Praline Pecan โ€” a brown butter maple cookie filled with praline pecans, dipped in dark chocolate, and finished with more crushed praline pecans

The last two have been especially fun to develop. The Salted Honey is simple and delicate, while the Maple Praline Pecan is quite the oppositeโ€”rich, nutty, maple-y, with that dark chocolate finish that brought the whole cookie together.

Theyโ€™ll be in the case when Come To The Table opens at 10:30 this morning, along with Honeyed Pourโ„ข syrups.
