I’ll be away for a couple of weeks beginning June 14, so the ovens will be resting for a short stretch — but I’ve tucked away some signature chocolate chip cookies for Come To The Table while I’m gone.

*Fairy Cookies are Galletas con Grageas and not your typical soft sugar cookie. They’re mildly sweet Mexican panadería-style sprinkle cookies with a tender, crumbly texture and a little rainbow crunch from the sprinkles.
