The pizzelles for the gelato sandwiches got an upgrade for summer. After some research and experimentation, we swapped out the cow butter for coconut oil. Going with refined so as not to push competing flavors, but the new end product holds up well in the freezer (and the hand) and has been very positively received by our test board.

Stinky had a bit of an episode yesterday but she seems much more together today. She fell down hill and got stuck and her medalert failed to activate. Panda hung with her till some bipedal showed up and righted her. Ask any teenager, life is tough when you’re 15 and tougher when you’re a sheep!

Anyone out there in dairy land looking for an absolutely charming brown ram lamb? Long story about why he was born yesterday, but at least it wasn’t June yet!

Mom did 975lbs/185 days last year as a yearling and her mom did 1320/183 as an old fart. Some of our better genetics and a great color. We’ll castrate shortly so let me know quick!

Scruffy misread the calendar and thought today was Holi. Everyone made fun of her and her paint except Mr. Wattles. He was very very nice to her, and understanding.
