Pay attention to the women who clap the loudest when you win, not because they gain anything from it, but because they're genuinely happy for you. Those are the kind of people worth keeping close.
A good friend doesn't compete with your success. She celebrates it, encourages it, and reminds you that there's room for all of us to shine.
