Brew day! Today we’re brewing a blood orange Belgian blonde ale w/ 10lbs of annoying Pilsner malt. Stuck mash, check. Boil over probable. And will likely do a 90 minute boil too b/c Pilsner. Good thing it’s a beautiful day and we have beer and sangria to drink.
