I am Chef Patrick Pierre-Jerome, I began cooking in 1980, and I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 1985. Soon afterwards I worked in France, and then in various kitchens in New York City. I was the acclaimed chef / owner of Yves restaurant in Montclair NJ for 5 years, earning 4 stars for my French inspired cuisine. In the ensuing years I worked at many restaurants, and country clu

bs, in NY & NJ, cooking various styles of food. Through the years I have yearned to get back to my French haute cuisine roots. In an effort to find a way to cook from my heart again, my wife Sandy and I decided to offer an intimate dinner party in your home. I’ll meet with you, see your kitchen, and we’ll work together to create a menu. This is the idea behind Yves'ning.
