Help Wanted: Experienced Cowboy

Winecup Gamble Ranch
Large Cow-Calf Ranch | Northeast Nevada

A large, progressive cow-calf cattle ranch in remote Northeast Nevada is looking for an experienced cowboy to join our operation.

Responsibilities
• Gathering, sorting, and moving cattle
• Calving, branding, doctoring, and shipping cattle
• Fence, water, and general ranch maintenance
• Operating ranch equipment and machinery when needed
• Basic equipment maintenance and repair
• Working independently and as part of a crew
Requirements
• Cattle handling experience
• Horsemanship skills
• Provide some of your own horses
• Must be able to shoe your horses
• Experience operating ranch equipment
• Basic mechanical and welding skills preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to work in a very remote location
• Will need to pass a background check

Winter, although doesn’t feel like winter ☀️ has been busy at the feedlot here at Winecup Gamble Ranch! Our HFR calves are looking strong, healthy, and growing just the way we like to see.
