Alright bear cubs…after adventures to Brazil, Ethiopia, South Korea, and several stops in-between, this is the LAST geographical iteration of Heatable Eatables for 2026! (November + December will be traditional Thanksgiving and holiday feasts).
This is a meal you’d find at Rick’s Cafe (that’s a CASABLANCA reference). Lots of rich fall flavors!

🇲🇦 Marinated Olives — Marinated in harissa & preserved lemon
🇲🇦 Pumpkin Bessara — Fava bean dip seasoned with cumin, paprika & garlic
🇲🇦 Zaalouk — Smoky eggplant and tomato dip with garlic, olive oil, paprika & cumin
🇲🇦 Lamb Merguez — Grilled sausage with chiles & spices, served with grilled onions
🇲🇦 Harira Soup — Savory spiced tomato broth with chickpeas, lentils & fall vegetables
🇲🇦 Bastilla — Chicken pie with a thin-layered pastry crust and a filling of warm spices, saffron, ginger & almonds
🇲🇦 Fish Charmoula — White fish filet marinated in an herb sauce with lemon & spices
🇲🇦 Turkey Tagine — Sweet & savory stew with saffron, preserved lemons, olives & dried fruits
🇲🇦 Fall Vegetable Couscous — Steamed couscous with sweet potatoes, pumpkin, zucchini & tomatoes topped with caramelized onions & raisins
🇲🇦 Moroccan Apple Pie — Apples & almonds baked with warm spices in layers of phyllo dough

We prepare it in our kitchen and package it up so you can heat & eat in the comfort of your home. Orders can be placed through our website, and the pickup date is the last Thursday of the month.
