A good sow should stop you in your tracks.

This beautiful Berkshire sow was born and raised right here at Hidden Holly Farm and will be having her second litter later this summer.

I raised this sow from a piglet, and she'll be having her second litter this summer. It's rewarding to see years of breeding, selection, and care come together in an animal like this.

Just look at her length, depth of body, muscle, and overall form. These are the traits we work hard to select for generation after generation.

Good genetics matter. They contribute to:

Healthy, productive animals
Strong growth and performance
Excellent meat quality and marbling
Sound structure and longevity

While forest-raised management, nutrition, and animal care are all important, it all starts with the quality of the animals themselves.

We've had an outstanding roaster pig season, and it has been a blessing to see so many families, churches, community groups, and friends gathering around a whole hog roast.

A pig roast is more than just a meal. It's a tradition. It's an experience. It's a chance to slow down, spend time together, and create memories around good food and good company.

As a result of the strong demand, our inventory of roaster pigs is becoming limited.
