Hey friends! It’s been quite awhile. I wanted to hop on and let you know that while I’m definitely still in business, things are on hold for a bit. With Covid-19 cases still rising and our little cookie on the way, I’ve been on pause until I can find a safe and reliable alternative solution. Case of the Mondays? Browned butter chocolate chip cookies can take care of that 🍪 Browned butter makes them rich and chewy. Kerrygold is my favorite butter and Guittard is the best chocolate. Finishing with flaky Maldon salt is a must.
