Meet our newest Blue Heeler from Bryson City, North Carolina named Silver Bell (after a NC tree). Our daughter named her Silver even before we met her but we felt the name fits this Southern Belle perfectly. We love her and her sweet personality so much! Many of you know we lost our Ginger girl a few weeks ago and planted a red bud tree in her honor. I’ve never met a puppy that reminds us of Ginger more than Silver does. We are so grateful she fits so well in our family already!

Flat Stanley is going home in the mail to our friend’s daughter in Indiana! We included some photos of his visit at our farm. Love the relationships we have been able to keep even at such a far distance. 💕🥹 Our son helped pick 2 souvenirs for our friend at the Cumberland Mountain General Store and he picked some treats for himself too! What a good way to start the weekend.

We now have three ducks and honestly love them already!!! The first week we had them a local photographer needed them for this adorable photoshoot. So now we officially have duck models! 🦆

The farm is bursting with life as the spring weather begins to thaw out all signs of winter. Spring is the perfect time to welcome piglets and a lamb to the homestead.

Ba’s Black Sheep was born today!! Our Katahdin Ram (Ba) became a dad today. Mom and baby boy are doing great! 🐑 Thank you to Fentress County Farm & Home, LLC for introducing us to these sheep last year!

Yesterday morning we were able to witness Poppy give birth to 6 blue heeler puppies! This is her first time being a mama and she’s doing a fabulous job.

The kids are obsessed, and we have already named this liter after spices containing seeds. Sunflower, Sesame, Pumpkin, Flax, Chia, and Celery. Message us for more info!!
