Full Of Sheep Farm I raise quality dairy sheep & will have ewe & ram lambs for sale & adult ewes & rams on occasion. We have ewe and ram lambs available in the Spring.

The Farm strives to breed quality dairy sheep to provide other homesteads or beginning dairies. Occasionally we will sell mature ewes and rams. Accurate milk production records are kept on each ewe, with each milking being weighed out before going into bulk collection. This way you know exactly how much milk the mother to your new lamb(s) produced and what they can be capable of. Even the ram lambs will go home with milking records of their dams. The ram is half of your flock!

And with that, the girls are milked one last time before my surgery tomorrow... :/
Three ewes didn't even make half a gallon. Which is good... when you're drying them up. No one had a hard or hot udder. Everything looked and felt fine. So I'm feeling ok with leaving them. IF I have to do some touch-up next week, I should be able to do it one handed. But not expecting to.
On a positive side, the farm in the next town over just had one of her cows calve today! I've lined up with getting milk from them when she's ready.
