CYNARA 🌾🍚🇯🇵
…
Sharp b**r. Sharp artichokes. New digs in Castroville. Meet Cynara (sin-AR-uh), our Japanese-style Rice L***r brewed fresh at our new production facility in the Artichoke Capital of the World. Brewed with precision, this light and lively l***r brings delicate grain character, subtle floral hops, and bright carbonation to an exceptionally crisp, snappy finish. Like an artichoke, it’s got layers. Unlike an artichoke, you don’t have to work for it. Extra crushable and super sharp.

SERVUS!🍻🇩🇪🌾
…
Named for the Bavarian greeting, Servus! is our nod to an authentic Helles l***rbier, brewed with Weyermann Extra Pale Premium Pilsner malt and hopped gently with Saphir hops from Germany. Helles as a style embodies b**r in modern day Bavaria; it’s incredibly light and easy drinking, and is defined by the balance of its sweet malt character and gentle hop bitterness. First brewed as a draught-only batch at Alvarado St. Brewery & Bistro, we are exciting to introduce this b**r in cans, Prost! 🍻

Froth Water goes SILVER at GABF! 🥈✨..
Our beloved sparkling hop water just brought home some silver, and we couldn’t be more stoked! We honestly drink this stuff all day long at the brewery, so if you haven’t tried it, you’re seriously missing out. Zero Alcohol, Zero Calories, Zero Hangover and 100% Hop-forward. Froth FTW!! 🍻

Rescue Hoperations is BACK!🚨🍻🚒..
Join us this Thursday in the Monterey B**r Garden for the Fourth Annual Draft Release Party of our collaboration with Monterey FF Foundation As always, this year’s b**r will be a malt forward Red IPA, however this year it sits at a lovely 6.6% ABV and we’re mixing up the hops for Citra Cryo and Strata!

15% of proceeds from Rescue Hoperations and this Thursday evening will go directly to the foundation, and yes, our local firefighters will be hyping it up every time you order a pour of Rescue Hoperations!

See you Thursday!

👀Your eyes don’t deceive you… our first one-off release brewed at our new home in Castroville is finally here: DDH Spooky Juice! And just in time for spooky season. 🎃🤪👍.
What you see here is a beautiful set of photos of our double dry hopped version of annual spooky season Hazy Double IPA that is more supernaturally juicy than ever before. Drink down this plush, soothing potion if you dare. But be warned! You will lose your way in the thick ectoplasmic fog left behind by Waimea and Galaxy. Ominous drips of sticky orange juice and freshly torn peach flesh are harbingers for the tropical phantasms that will take possession of your palate. Nelson and Citra, long laid to rest, will ooze out of their crypts and surround you. There is nowhere to run, nowhere to hide. Accept your supernaturally delicious fate..
We couldn’t be more excited to share this b**r with you as we kick off a new chapter in Castroville. It’s been a long road getting here, and while we’re still working toward full speed, our entire team has been putting in the work to bring this new brewery to life. This release is a pretty special milestone for us, and we’re just getting started, folks!
