Volume up!

Take a quick tour from the back arched pan where cold concentrated sap is fed into a raging boil which eventually makes its way to the front pan to become (almost) syrup and finally to the finisher/canner (where this video ends). Further upstream from the back pan are the final filter and fittings below the elevated concentrated sap tank.
