Grandview Farm We grow shiitake mushrooms on oak and sweet gum logs. You can find us at pepper place farmers market. We have been growing Shiitake mushrooms for 20 years.

It started as a hobby and soon turned into a business because of the fast growing need for fresh, organic, and nutritious food. We grow our mushrooms outside under a canopy of trees with dappled sunlight. We grow our mushrooms in oak and sweet gum logs. We use no pesticides or chemicals. We also grow a variety of Oysters Mushrooms. We gather Chanterelles and Black Trumpets. We just recently starte

d growing Microgreens as well as fresh herbs and have farm fresh eggs. You can find us at Pepper Place Farmers Market in Birmingham, Alabama.
