🍀It’s fair week for this family 🍀 if you’ve ever been a part of 4H or showing livestock at a fair, you know how crazy the week can get and how much hard work the kiddos and families put into their projects.
🙌 We are still planning on being at the Montevideo Farmers Market this Thursday, and will have another freezer clean out coming your way as we get ready to restock beef, pork and chickens in the next couple of weeks.
🍞 NO baked goods this week. My family needs me in other places this week ❤️
🥩 we are officially BOOKED on beef until December, BUT we can put you on a waiting list as occasionally I can split a beef meant for retail cuts that keep our trailer stocked. Let me know asap if you’re hoping for something sooner than Dec!
🐷 still have some available hogs for this fall!!

Supporting local farmers means creating more pathways for local food to reach our communities.

Through the Minnesota Farmers Market Food Hubs program, Renewing the Countryside helps connect farmers with larger market opportunities while making it easier for schools, institutions, and consumers to access fresh, locally grown food. By strengthening regional food distribution networks, this program helps farmers expand their businesses and keeps more food dollars circulating in local communities.

When you support RTC's Summer Celebration & Fundraiser on June 25, you're helping invest in programs like the Minnesota Farmers Market Food Hubs that strengthen local agriculture, improve food access, and build a more resilient food system.

Join us for an evening of delicious local food, beverages, music, and community at Dodge Nature Center in West St. Paul. You'll have the opportunity to learn more about RTC's work and the impact your support makes across Minnesota.

🎉 Thursday, June 25
📍 Dodge Nature Center, West St. Paul, MN
⏰ 5:30–8:30 p.m.
