When people ask me why it takes so long for me to make everything 😅 we use all fresh and everything is baked fresh for each market!
The prep time gets me sometimes…but it’s always worth it 🤌

❗️REMINDER: You can find us this Thursday night in Granite Falls! We will have the trailer along for all your local meat needs, beef sticks and samples, tallow products and some sourdough!
🍞 we will have limited breads, croissants and I am currently planning on a LARGE amount of scones since they never last 😅 but we will see what happens! Have to spend time in the garden too while the weather is nice!

🦃It’s been a little bit of a crazy morning around here! Put a turkey on the smoker since we will be at the Clara City Farmers Market tonight and will want supper when we get home!
🥩 just this morning we restocked SEVERAL boxes of beef! Which means beef patties, roasts and more are coming with us to the market today!
🍞 I have a small amount of sourdough breads and English muffins! I really want to know what the Clara City shoppers are hoping for this summer! Since it’s a Monday market, it is going to be tricky for me to incorporate baked goods without giving up too much family time on the weekends due to the amount of prep needed. SO stop by and let me know what I should focus on for Clara City this year! Breads? English muffins? Scones? Donuts? Muffins? You tell me!

Still on a freezer cleaning mission! We have a small handful of turkeys left! $3.25/lb roughly 18lbs! Discounts available for multiple birds! Never a bad time for smoked turkey or cheesy turkey sandwiches 🤌

😅 I have a box of dated beef livers that are up for grabs! I had good intentions of making homemade dog food and I now realize it will never happen.
Totally free, but MUST pick up on the farm.
❗️Yes, you can definitely eat them yourselves if you want! They are fully vacuumed sealed and have always been frozen solid.

We hope you all had a wonderful Memorial weekend! We took a little day off and took the kiddos to the zoo in Watertown and had a picnic 🙌
💃but now it’s time to get back to work! I’m dropping out June schedule below 👇🏻 Be sure to check it out and mark it on your calendars! (I may add more Clara City dates if needed, I’m just trying not to burn out doing 2/week 😅)
