It has taken some time to develop, the pans have been bought, the menu created and it is time to help you create a customized meal for your special event. My “world” was through this door. Funny 52 weeks later some dumb….fill in the blanks. Invited me to a meeting tonight. Maybe he should have invited me last year when they decided Cardinal Custom Catering no longer fit their needs but…oh wait, I was in Alabama and no one told me what was going on. Reality was 6 days later Cardinal moved and with lotza thoughts and sadness I have decided to follow another path and now CCC stuff is at a new location with bigger and better people!! Hoping all are happy with the decision.

So….this breaks my heart completely. But Cardinal has taken a new path. I have someone looking to buy a lot of my stuff ...

So….this breaks my heart completely. But Cardinal has taken a new path. I have someone looking to buy a lot of my stuff and I am going to “guide” them on their journey! Maybe someday I can find a spot and continue doing what I love, cooking for people! Until then…❤️❤️❤️

I know this sounds old….. but I’m leery about jumping into any “non-concrete” deals right now after my last business “arrangement”. I am looking at options. I am talking with owners with kitchens etc to get Cardinal back up and running but….. COVID has made it hard on those people as well as me to commit to any ideas. So as of now Cardinal is still hangin out in the trees, looking in windows 😳🤪🤪 and trying to make decisions. I really miss working with all those that supported us those first years!!!!!

I am getting lots of questions....this is still correct! Sorry!!!
YES! I’m still looking for a “new nest” YES!! We have options and ideas!!
YES!!!! I am referring people to all the great restaurant owners that are operating as they can and have incredible options for food and catering ideas in our area! We shall survive the “durn” pandemic!! 💜💜💜

It is with great sadness that I have to put Cardinal on a temporary hold. The new mgmt and board at the Montevideo Legion have decided to not renew my contract for Cardinal to continue to rent the kitchen. So off to storage we go while we figure life out.
THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!!! As soon as we find a new “nest” we shall fly again!!!
