An update you've all been waiting for:

This year we will have no u-pick strawberries and likely a very small amount of strawberries to sell. If we do happen to get any sizable harvest our PGH Elite members will have the first opportunity to purchase. (Notice the *if* 😭)

This is due to a combination of factors, late frost, large fluculations in temperature, not living at that farm anymore to manage the beds, etc.

Thank you all for your interest and praise for our berries over the years! Looking forward to 2027 being a better crop.

Sometimes it's fun to think about how long a crop has been cared for before it enters our bellies.

Tonight's burrito bowls, featuring:

⭐red onions, planted last September ⭐lettuce, seeded in April
⭐ Cherry tomatoes, seeded in January
⭐cilantro, self seeded who knows when 🤣
⭐ Beef, raised by our milk cow, fed by us for 2 years and processed last September

And of course 2025 salsa canned by my older sister using our produce. 😍
