Jersey milk is back in demand, with sales surging and full-fat dairy enjoying a revival after decades out of favour. 📈

Retailers report sharp growth, with younger consumers turning to naturally nutrient-rich products like whole milk, yoghurt and kefir.

Tesco milk buyer Christos Tsakalos said Jersey milk is having a 'major moment' again, as is full-fat dairy in general.

Can not believe October will mark us selling raw milk for 19 years. Reflecting back over nearly 2 decades, we’ve had some of the most interesting, and dedicated customers. They knew our A2A2 milk before it was cool! Many have been with us since the early days. We’ve watched as their children have grown up. To think, this was all built on word of mouth! We’ve milked the same Cow families we had the privilege of owning for 40 years. Feeling blessed and excited about the next 2 decades! Praise God for allowing us to do what we love to do!
