2025 brought extended R&D into the Bad Luck portion of the Pepper Co. A personally tough year that found me in September moving back to my home state of Louisiana. Unfortunately Texas hot sauce is done for the foreseeable future. This year I hope to get setup in Louisiana, and with that get some events going around the state & close to Texas so y'all can come get old favorites and some new flavors I'm working on.

Thanks to everyone for supporting the sauces & to all the new Texas friends I've made over the last few years with this journey.

Happy New Year to everyone! May 2026 bring us all peace, happiness & affordable groceries;)
