Thank You, Sabrina ❤️

This was one of the FIRST things I saw when I woke up yesterday morning, and I can’t lie, it made me smile. 🥹❤️

This year’s Alabama National Fair was definitely a learning experience for me. Being my first time vending at an event this long, there were some challenging days, some unexpected moments, and PLENTY of lessons learned along the way. 🥴 But I’m grateful I took a chance and did it.

And then to wake up to a customer saying “This was the best treat we bought while at the fair! So good!” 🥹🙌🏾 THAT made my morning!

One thing this experience reminded me of is that people really do love what The Pastry Vault brings to the table. 🔐❤️ (I’m my worst critic 😩)

I already have notes written for next year because now I know what I want to do differently, what I want to improve, and how I want to come back BETTER.

So yes… after all that fussing I did at myself 😂🤣 I can’t wait to do it again next year!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, tried a roll, came back for another one, told somebody about us, or showed The Pastry Vault some love. And thank you to the Alabama National Fair for giving us the opportunity to be there. ❤️

2026 was the experience. 2027, we’re coming back wiser, prepared and BETTER. 🔐🔥
