To our Tropical Smoothie Cafe family,

At Tropical Smoothie Cafe®, our mission is to inspire a healthier lifestyle. Our mission extends well beyond simply offering delicious food and smoothies - we care deeply about the health and well-being of our guests inside and outside of our cafes. With recent events, we feel it's important to share what precautions we're taking to help address Coronavirus (COVID-19) concerns among our guests, crew members and communities across the country.

Effective immediately, all Tropical Smoothie Cafe locations are following a closed dining room policy. In some circumstances, you can still enter and place your order, but we ask that you consume all products off-premise. We will be packaging all orders as carryout. We are still open for online ordering and delivery, and look forward to serving you in those platforms.

Additionally, our incredible franchise owners have educated crew members on the symptoms of COVID-19 and how it spreads, and have increased the cleaning and sanitizing procedures for their cafes. Please contact a crew member if you notice anything that gives you any concern.

While the steps we're taking to help in these difficult times may impact the usual experience you've come to know and love as a Tropical Smoothie Cafe guest, we appreciate your understanding and promise to do what we can to make that experience as great as possible. Remember, all cafes offer online ordering and many deliver, so if you prefer to address social distancing by eating at home, we'll still be here for you.

We are continuing to closely monitor Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and work with local health departments to track the latest developments and updated guidance to ensure we're always prioritizing our guests.
