One thing we’ve learned over the years is that some of the best things just can’t be rushed, and sourdough is definitely one of them.

There’s a lot that happens before a loaf ever makes it into the oven. The feeding, the waiting, the folding, the resting. By the time that fresh loaf is sitting on the counter, a whole lot of time and care has already gone into it.

That’s also why we encourage you to preorder your sourdough. It helps us know how many loaves to prepare and helps make sure you don’t miss out on the fresh bread you were looking forward to.

We still get excited every time we see a business logo come to life on a cookie.

There’s something really special about taking someone’s logo, colors, and ideas and turning them into something they can share with their employees, clients, or guests.

Over the years, we’ve gotten to make cookies for celebrations, events, businesses, and all kinds of special occasions. And honestly, we’re always grateful when another local business chooses us to be a small part of what they’re doing.

It’s our BIRTHDAY!!!!!! We can’t believe that it’s been 3 years since the door opened on Dexter Ave. We started with a scant menu and bare walls. We were so excited to begin this journey and we looked forward to the day that y’all made this place a regular part of your days and weeks, months, and years! We’ve held space for birthdays, book launches, authors, and movie nights. We’ve listened to your celebrations and your disappointments. We’ve been here for all of it!

We’re getting ready for one of our favorite days of the week. ❤️

Somewhere along the way, Wednesdays became Cinnamon Roll Wednesday around here, and now it just wouldn’t feel like a proper Wednesday without them.

There’s nothing quite like walking into the shop and smelling cinnamon rolls baking, especially knowing so many of you have made them part of your weekly routine.
