They don’t have pretty scoring or fancy flour dustings…but these are my absolute favorite loaves I make. They are 100% fresh milled, sweetened with local honey and so so soft. They are just as simple as bread gets and what bread is supposed to be.

100% fresh milled from organic, non GMO, zero pesticides or glyphosates and make the bakery smell so wonderful. ❤️

They are the reason I started this bakery journey. I wanted to give others the opportunity to eat clean and natural bread that isn’t offered at the big supermarkets that has ten million ingredients you cannot pronounce. I love them so. ❤️
