Return policy: Due to the nature of goods, all food item sales are final. If there is an issue upon receipt of an order please call the store at 334-260-3700 within 24 hours of receipt. In case of return: Returns accepted only if items are unopened. Returns must be securely re-packaged to ensure protection of item in transit. The Vintage Olive is not responsible for undeliverable orders. In the event of an undelivered, returned package to The Vintage Olive, we will work to arrange a new shipment. Incremental charges for shipping are paid by the customer. If an order is unable to be re-shipped, the order amount will be refunded minus the original shipping costs.
