I had so much fun creating this Pink Pony Club 💕 inspired tres leches cake for the sweetest birthday celebration.
Soft, fluffy vanilla sponge cake soaked in our signature tres leches and decorated with playful pink piping, Italian meringue swirls, and all the girly details to match her party theme.

Nothing makes me happier than helping celebrate special moments with cake.✨

What an incredibly special day for our family 🇺🇸✨
Celebrating my husband’s Air Force retirement after 22 years of service (Nov. 2025), only God knows the journey it took to get here.

It meant so much to me to create this dessert table for such a meaningful milestone. Every detail was made with so much love and gratitude in my heart (talk about full heart moment).

The theme was a mix of my husbands favorite things; Baby Yoda/Star Wars, Avocados, Tropical and of course LeBron James ☺️
And everybody came through dressing up, we had special appearances from an Avocado and Darth Vader 😅 we loved every moment of it

Dessert menu:
🧁 Tropical cupcakes topped with vanilla Swiss buttercream
🍋 Carlota de limón dessert cups
✨ Macaron tower (Nutella, Vanilla Bean, Lemon and Mango Passion Fruit)

To my husband — thank you for your sacrifice, your strength, and your dedication to serving our country. We are so proud of you and love so darn much ♥️

Grateful for the honor of serving our family and friends in this sweet way and thankful to the Lord for carrying us through every season. All the glory belongs to God. 🙏🏼 Without Him we would’ve not made it!
