Welcome to Cody Lake Farms, a charming hobby farm nestled on Cody and Phelps lake in Montgomery, Minnesota.

Our farm is dedicated to providing fresh eggs and healthy chickens to our community.

Happy Friday from Cody Lake Farm Store! 🐓🥚

We hope everyone had a wonderful weekend, and it looks like we have another beautiful weekend ahead! ☀️ Yay for these last few warm weekends before winter starts creeping in! 🍂❄️ Get outside, enjoy the sunshine, and stop by the farm store to stock up on all your favorites!

We are fully stocked with farm-fresh eggs, meat, sourdough, and lots of other goodies! 🥩🥚🍞

📣 A couple of exciting updates!
🍞 We have LOTS of sourdough ready for you!
🧁 English muffins are back for all of you who have been asking!
🌾 We have also started making honey wheat bread, and we are so excited to add this to our lineup!

We hope everyone has a wonderful weekend! 🌻 We are all stocked up with lots of goodies at the farm store! 🐓

🍯 Jelly, honey & maple syrup
🍰 And something extra special—homemade Tasty Cake (pictured below)

Fun fact: Tasty Cakes are a Pennsylvania Dutch recipe, and my grandma is from Pennsylvania. We used to visit there and enjoy these homemade cakes, so having them here at our farm store is extra special. They are absolutely delicious!

We’ve also shifted some things around in the store and upgraded our freezer, making everything easier to see and giving you a little more room to browse. We’re always working to make the store better and easier for all of you!

🤍 Just over ONE YEAR of the farm store! 🤍

It’s hard to believe it has been just over a year since we started our farm store. We truly appreciate every single one of you who has supported us, stopped in, shared our posts, purchased from us, or simply cheered us on along the way. You have no idea how much it means to us!

When we started the farm store, we also made the decision to get healthier and really focus on eating the food we grow and provide right here in our store. Since then, we have lost almost 200 pounds combined! 🥹❤️

We do our best to make the products we offer as wholesome and healthy as possible because we want to provide our customers with food we are proud to feed our own family.

And this weekend, we are STOCKED UP! 🎉

Fresh bread and bagels were baked and stocked in the store this morning! 🍞🥯 We’ve also restocked our meat selection for the weekend, and as always, we have fresh eggs and plenty of other tasty goodies.

We absolutely love seeing families and kids stop by the farm store for snacks, drinks, ice cream, or anything they need while enjoying a day at the lake. It means so much to us that our little store is part of your summer!

We do have one request, though. Please ask your children to stay off our grass on their dirt bikes, electric scooters, and bicycles while on our property. We’ve had kids doing wheelies and riding through our driveway and yard, and we’ve unfortunately already seen a few falls.

This is not only our farm store—it’s also our family’s home. We have children and animals here, and we’d really appreciate everyone helping us keep our yard safe and treated with respect. We’d also like to avoid any damage to our lawn.

Thank you for understanding and helping us keep the farm store a safe and welcoming place for everyone. We truly appreciate all of your support! ❤️
