Congratulations to Amber Baynes on her new venture, Vincere Ranch LLC ! Amber recently purchased 5 of our mares, taking over our facility agreement in Tomball, Texas, to start her own breeding program. McIntosh Ranch will continue in Montgomery, Texas!

About ten years ago, I went through a sudden personal loss that turned my world upside down. Although I had stepped away from the equestrian world years before, I knew I needed to find a way back to horses. A quick Google search led me to JP and his herd. Without hesitation, I accepted a position as an Equine Specialist at an adult behavioral health hospital, where JP served as the Equine Assisted Psychotherapy Program Director.
Through that program, I gained more knowledge than I ever imagined—not just about horses, but also about people and the power of healing. What I initially saw as a temporary role to help me get through a difficult period ultimately transformed the entire direction of my life and career. I went back to school, earned my LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), and have continued to seek opportunities to work with and train an incredible herd of horses, helping others experience the profound impact of connecting with these amazing animals.
I am so grateful and honored to pick up the torch and carry on with a program that has been so life changing and life giving to me and so many others!
