🔥 What a weekend for 58J Catering & Competition! 🔥

Last weekend, we had the opportunity to compete in the Danny Dietz Memorial BBQ Cookoff, and we had a great time firing up the pits and putting our BBQ to the test! 🐷🥩💨

We always enjoy getting out there, cooking alongside some talented teams, and representing 58J. Good food, good people, and plenty of smoke made for one heck of a weekend! 🤠🏆

🔥🐊 This past weekend, the 58J Competition & Catering crew brought the heat! 🐊🔥

We fired up the pits and cooked up some gator, seasoned with Twisted D Twisted Reel Seafood Seasoning, and it did not disappoint! 🌶️🔥

From the smoke to the flavor, everything came together for a cook we were proud of. We always love getting to do what we do best and put our skills to the test on competition weekend.

This isn’t goodbye to Brushy Creek. It’s the next step in our journey, and we’re excited to have you along for the ride.
