I have held off keeping my mouth shut but when this has directly affected my egg stand business I can’t help but not bring a light to the topic :
Let’s discuss a topic in the community that has recently caused my blood pressure to boil…….
✨ NON-GMO Eggs ✨
We all laugh hysterically about this… I laughed in disbelief over a sign in acommunity selling such eggs
💥WHAT IS A GMO?!?!
GENETICALLY. MODIFIED. ORGANISM.
- GMO’s are MAN MADE
- GMO’s are created through genetic engineering that involves MANIPULATING the DNA
- Even when a laying hen EATS genetically engineered feed, any products unique to genetic engineering are DESTROYED by the hen's digestive process.
⭐️⭐️The USDA National Organic Program strictly prohibits GMO grains from being fed to livestock sold, represented or labeled as organic, including food products stemming from this livestock, such as eggs.⭐️⭐️
