Wonderful line up with prepared foods (like hot soup, breakfast sandwiches, vegan bowls, tamales, hand pies) and groceries (like cheese, bread, mushrooms, produce, meats, granola, coffee). Pine Hill Community Center boasts a kids play space in the back, thrift store in the front, and a fabulous pottery studio. Ask about their memberships. Come hang, shop, and connect with humans in real life!!

This we're highlighting Windfall Farms in Orange County, NY & a ! In 2016, collaborating with Orange County Land Trust & NYS Agricultural and Farmland Protection Program funding, the groups solidified the protection of 143-acres that makes up the farm. The farm sold produce at NYC's Union Square Greenmarket for over three decades, today the preserved land is home to several independently-owned businesses, including Wood Thrush Farm and Row 7 Seed Company.

Thanks for another fabulous week at the market, Phoenicia! Loving these flavorful garlic scapes from Windfall Farms (). If you picked up a bundle of these beauties, try making a garlic scape pesto with olive oil, salt, and pepper, nuts and cheese optional. Blend until smooth (add a little water if necessary). Enjoy with pasta, pizza or smeared on your egg sandwich 🤗🤗🤗 Pro tip: fill an ice cube tray with the pesto and freeze for perfect portions to cook with throughout the summer.
