Coastal Bermuda hay finally ready to square bale ~ one month behind schedule, thanks to the drought! Great color. Tight bales. Should be ready to pick up in field Saturday afternoon and Sunday. $8.50 per bale.

Finally! The first coastal square bales are in the barn. We baled over 600 square bales on Sunday and they are ready for pickup from our barn anytime. $9/bale. If we get some significant rain, we will have over 70 acres to cut/bale in the next two weeks in square and 4/5 rolls. Call or text Dave to schedule a pickup appointment. 770-354-2085.

Making hay while the sun shines!
Dry hot weather has given us an opening to go full steam ahead in the hay fields. We are baling net wrapped 4/5 rye rolls with some coastal today. Great color! Our newest hay customer tells us these rare horses love our rye/clover mix! Garwood Farms is excited to have the opportunity to feed this unusual, beautiful breed of horses. They are an easy to train, people-loving breed. We appreciate the owners allowing us to share these photos.
