Mon, Aug 10 🎉 LAST DAY 🎉
Welp, this is it, folks! After weeks of early mornings, muddy boots, big breakfasts, picking, bagging, and selling… these kids are ready for a break. 😆

Come grab some while you can! The stand opens up at 9am and they'll sell until they run out (there's enough corn that they should be open most of the day). We'll post an update as soon as we're sold out.

Last chance for Holker sweet corn! We're in our final weekend and excited to see you all one last time for summer's tastiest treat! Stop by the farm and grab some corn for $7/dozen 🌽

If you're still looking to put some up for winter, we recommend getting here soon! Nothing better than sweet corn year-round. Our recommended method is husk the corn, blanch it for a few minutes, cool it in cold water, cut the corn off the cob and pop it into freezer bags...very simple!

Wanted to let you all know that we are starting to near the end of our sweet corn patch, so if you've been planning to stop by for some Holker sweet corn...this is your sign! 😄 We expect to have corn available through the weekend but we will be sure to update our page daily as the season winds down.
