Our goal is to establish a sustainable homestead…grow our own food, have the homestead support itself, and to be an asset to our community.

Dinner tonight
Our farm raised pig turned into a lovely pork chop, green beans and cucumber and tomato salad from our garden. Wish I could say the potatoes were ours, but we haven’t harvested any yet! Terrible pic of the salad but I ate most of it before the pic.
