I grew up going to county fairs and the State Fair consuming all the delicious food they have to offer 😋. But, one of the best things I've had is this steak tips and potatoes dish at the Berrien County Fair in Michigan. I didn’t get to make it this year, but I thought I'd try my hand at making it!

So, get your fair food nostalgia hat on and come grab a steak tips and potato container 😁.

Seared Mock Tender steak with caramelized onion, oyster mushrooms, with Worcestershire, chicken stock, and a touch of soy sauce. Paired with a parmesan mashed potato that will surely be a hit!
