We will be in Galena IL this morning from 7:00 until noon. We are located at the ciry hall parking lot. We only have the 3 outdoor Farmers Markets left and will appreciate all the support you can give to help achieve this years successes..

We will have the following for sale at our booth and as always we start all our organic produce from seed and work very hard from start to finish of each crop we offer.

As we speak we are at 32° in temp and will most likely have frost hit beings how we have clear skies and no wnd to keep the dew from settling on our crop. We have worked extremely hard to harvest what we can and try and cover what we can. If you are hoping for fresh greens locally like kales and swiss chard I would suggest coming out today because we couldnt cover these and some years they make it and some years they dont.😁

Crap.. This rain has come at a very inconvenient time. We are running our last outdoor New Glarus Farmers Market and could really use everyones support. I know you dont want to sit in the rain to attend a market but we would really appreciate it. This season has very extra challenging for all of us with gas pricing and a lot of other rising costs. With us that grow food we have also had a heavy burden with the challenging weather patterns and numerous extremes... I will try and post what we are bringing as soon as I get out of the rain with my harvesting.. Thank you so much..

Good morning, we will be at our Farmers Market in Galena, IL this morning from 7:00 to 12:00pm. Our season is shifting with decreased sun light, cool temperatures and lots of rain but we still have plenty of produce to offer. Please come support us for the remainder of the markets and for those that continue to support us weekly we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts. The last few years we have seen a shift in sales and support and it makes me wonder why but also how we can continue without this support..

Good morning, we will be at Galena Farmers Market this morning from 7:00am-12:00pm. This week brings some excitement with new crops like honeydew and watermelon harvested and a load of my mind that these made it through till the end. Unfortunately on that note, tomatoes are near the end due to the extreme change in temperatures and the wild amounts of rain we had. We usually will still have quite a bit of tomatoes until the 1st or 2nd weekend in October if not longer.. Im sure we will still have a trickle of tomatoes available but it will be because of harvesting heavy which means picking when green and letting them ripen in storage as we get into the early part of October where frost is a threat. These typea of tomatoes still usually taste good but not as good as those being ripened on the fine in full sun.

Here is a list of produce qe have to offer at thw market.

Good afternoon.. We will be at New Glarus Farmers Market today from 3-5.. I had more planned as far as harvesting to sell but got side tracked A LOT with the crazy rainy weather and everything that needs to be done.. We will be missing Galena Farmers Market because of the extreme amount of rain that is predicted for tomorrow...
