What you don’t always see behind your loaded teas & protein shakes is just a mom doing her best to make it all work. 🥹

I rush in to open the doors at 7 AM, then head out by 7:30 to get my babies to parent drop-off. I spend the day at the shop, hanging out, working, and waiting for you to walk through the door. Then at 2:15, I’m off again for parent pick-up—before rushing back for that after-school rush! 🏃‍♀️💨

And through all the running around, we are the family behind your drinks. 💗

We pour so much love into every loaded tea and protein shake, and we truly wouldn’t trade it for anything.

Thank you for supporting our little family, walking through our doors, and letting us do what we love every single day. 🌸🧡

Loryn Grace
We’re so excited to officially introduce Loryn to the Groove Nutrition fam! 💕 She joined us in September and is already bringing all the smiles, good vibes & fun drinks behind the bar! 🥤✨

When she’s not at Groove, you can find her serving at The Social, spending time with her friends, taking her puppies to the river, or—of course—with a fun drink in her hand. 😂💗

Loryn also has BIG plans for her future and hopes to start the Radiology program next year! 🩻✨

We’re so excited to have her as part of our little Groove family and can’t wait for y’all to get to know her!

✨ Friday: 7–12
✨ Saturday: 8–2
✨ Monday: CLOSED
We’ll be closed Monday so we can step away from the shop and spend the day celebrating our boys and their birthdays. 🥹🎂💙 Because as much as we love serving y’all, being present for our babies will always come first.
