Big, juicy, tender, and cooked just the way you like it!

This weekend is your last chance to enjoy our full Nordic breakfast menu!

We’re making a few changes moving forward, but don’t worry, breakfast isn’t disappearing completely. We’re actually expanding some of our favorite breakfast items so you can enjoy them ALL DAY.

Starting next weekend: Our full breakfast menu will be retired!

Saturday & Sunday opening time will move from 8 AM to 10 AM

More breakfast favorites will be available throughout the day, all day!

So come see us this weekend(Oct 3-4), grab some breakys and add a coffee cocktail (or two 😉).

At Nordic Taphouse, supporting local isn’t just something we post about, it’s something we try to build into what we serve every day. And when it comes to ingredients, we don’t believe in skimping on quality.

From supporting our local coffee experts at Embers coffee in Big Lake, maple syrup from a farm in Buffalo, to local craft b**rs, and beef tallow in our fryers and throughout our kitchen, we’re always looking for ways to serve better products while supporting the people and businesses around us.

So naturally, National Coffee Day calls for a cocktail. 😏☕️🥃

Did you know we have super epic lunch specials from 11-3pm Monday thru Friday?!

We have a new head chef and for today only, he is throwing out a steak Tenderloin Sandwich as a Wednesday lunch special!

The steak tenderloin is piled onto a hoagie with lettuce, tomato, onion & sriracha aioli. 🤤

National B**r Drinking Day + Hug a Vegetarian Day on the same day?
Honestly, that feels like a pretty solid excuse to come to Nordic. 😂

Today we’re tapping Fulton's Lonely Apple Blonde Ale- a bright, crisp blonde made with natural apple at an easy-drinking 4.9% ABV. Basically, Minnesota apple season got turned into a b**r.

And since it’s also National Hug a Vegetarian Day, grab your favorite vegetarian and treat them to our Garden Burger. A delicious meatless patty with mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion, and jack cheese.

We’re also pretty proud of how many local b**rs we keep in the rotation. With 28 b**rs on tap, plenty of Minnesota-made pours, and even more options in pounders, there’s a very good chance we’ve got something with your name on it.

Come drink local, hug a vegetarian, eat a burger, and celebrate a holiday that probably didn’t need to exist but absolutely should. 🍻
