Round of applause for our very own Safety Steve!! 👏🚜

Today is National Forklift Day, so we're giving a shoutout to Steve for leading forklift certification across all four of our warehouse locations—just one of the many hats he wears keeping our team safe.

Before anyone hops on a forklift at Dahlheimer, they complete classroom training, a written exam, and a hands-on practical test led by him. That means practicing in aisles, loading docks, and trailers, plus learning how to safely pick product from elevated shelving and handling situations they'll face on the job.

Drivers, merchandisers, special events team, warehouse crews, night loaders—you name it. If they're operating equipment, they're getting top-tier training from this guy.👏 Around here, forklifts are moving 24/7, so making sure everyone is trained the right way is a huge deal.
