Green Meadows Farm is now closed for picking. Thanks to everyone who visited the farm and picked with us this year. We had a good season, especially considering the drought in our area for the past few months. Our irrigation enabled us to have a good crop and our solar panels enabled us to keep it running. The farm is still running 100% on sunshine.
We also want to thank those who donated here at the farm for our neighbor's daughter. She is doing as well as can be expected, no infection in the burns. $438 was donated to the family. Many thanks and continued prayers are still needed for Tala as this recovery will be a long and difficult one. She will be at Shand's Childens Hospital for a long time.
We appreciate each of our long time supporters. Many of you were here almost every day! We also welcome our newcomers and look forward to seeing you all next year. Our next season should be May/June, 2027, which will be our 20th season of u-pick blueberries!! Thanks again for all your support!!

Thank you to everyone who came out to enjoy the farm and pick blueberries this past Friday/Saturday, our fifth picking week-end! We will be open MONDAY/TUESDAY, JUNE 29/30, 2026, 7:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. for our final picking of the 2026 season! Treats and more will be for sale at The Shed also. If you haven't visited yet, this is your final invitation. Come on down and join us! If you have already visited we would love to see you again. We still have plenty of ripe berries to be picked! See you at the farm!

We will open FRIDAY/SATURDAY, June 26/27, 2026, 7:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. ($8/pound) for our final weekend of blueberry picking. We will also open on MONDAY/TUESDAY, June 29/30, 2026, 7:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. ($8/pound) for an EXTRA and FINAL two days of picking to close out a great blueberry season!! We hope you will help us celebrate! We will have treats for sale at The Shed and we look forward to seeing you then! 4 more days to pick. Who will be here picking every day????????

Thanks to everyone who came to pick this morning, Friday, June 19, 2026! We had no rain, and a small group of pickers today. We have so many beautiful ripe blueberries and picking is easy! Most of our rain has been in the afternoons. Tomorrow is your next chance to pick, and also visit the Watermelon Festival. Free watermelon slice here (while they last) for CHILDREN! I'm answering all the questions at one time! Yes, we are open. Yes, people are picking. It is Friday, June 19, 2026, 8:30 a.m. and so far, no rain. Typically it rains in the afternoon and the rain tomorrow is predicted to be in the afternoon. We have so many berries to pick! If you are brave, come on down and join us either today or tomorrow!! I know I will be out there picking soon, too!

Just a reminder that we are picking blueberries at Green Meadows Farm Friday/Saturday, June 19/20, 2026, 7:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m. There will be a free watermelon slice for children on Saturday in honor of the Watermelon Festival. Thanks to all who come out for our 3rd picking weekend! It was a bit slower than the two previous ones because we had some rain! We will be picking for our fourth weekend June 19/20, 2026, 7:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. We hope to see you then! Many Watermelon Festival activities will be going on in Monticello, so we hope you can visit. We will have wonderful treats at The Shed, including the cutest mini blueberry bundt cakes, $3.50 each. Blueberry ice cream will be available and blueberry or watermelon flavor slushy, $3/each. Here are some photos from last weekend!

We will be picking for our third weekend this Friday/Saturday, June 12 & 13, 2026, 7:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., $8/pound. We have many ripe berries to pick, so please fill your vehicle with family and friends and come on out! Lots of items will be for sale at The Shed. How about a slushy?? We will have blueberry or banana flavor, $3 each this weekend and next weekend we will have blueberry or watermelon flavor, in honor of the Watermelon Festival. Ice cream will be back also. It was a big seller last weekend and we ran out of blueberry. Blueberry and peach ice cream coming up! The forecast is hot, hot, hot, so come early if you can. We look forward to seeing you
