Jennings Hollow Farm is located in scenic Wayne County, Kentucky. Since 2012 we have operated as a sustainable farm devoted to raising nourishing food for our community. Our offerings include grass finished (grain-free) lamb, goats milk herd shares, a wide assortment of heirloom, chemical-free veggies and so much more. CSA options available early spring 2021. I’m looking for a good home for my flock of sheep. I’ve got about 30 really nice Katahdin ewes, between 3 and 5 years old. Super hardy genetics, extremely parasite resistant, easy births, great moms, and never any hoof rot. I’ve been breeding sheep for 13 years with a focus on pasture raised, low input, easy keepers. Save money on meat by purchasing whole animals from local farmers. We have whole lambs for sale. Grass fed, grass finished, all natural. One whole lambs yields about 35 pounds of meat which will easily fit in your freezer at home. $10.50 per pound for all the cuts and ground meats. Let us know exactly how you want it butchered or get a mix of cuts and ground meats. Vacuum sealed in one pound packages. Lamb is a great idea for the holidays or special occasions.
