Caney Branch Farm Caney Branch Farm Caney Branch Farm has been certified as an Animal Welfare Approved farm. We also have an apiary of chemical-free beehives.

Roger and Ellyn were awarded the Florida Innovative Farmers of the Year award in 2011 for their innovative approaches to sustainable farming. Roger and Ellyn are Master Sheep Producers, University of Florida Master Beekeepers, and certified Welsh Honey Judges. We raised registered Icelandic sheep, registered Belted Galloway cattle, and have a large flock of laying hens, turkeys, geese, ducks and guineas.

PSA: a first responder told me to NEVER go out into flooded streets, even after a storm. When the streets flood, the water pressure from the sewer system (because it’s full) blows all the manhole covers up and off. People fall into the holes as they are walking around and are sucked down and usually drown.
