So I made some “healthy” cream cheese spread, it has about 40 grams of protein. Here’s what I did :
1. Add cottage cheese & a block of cream cheese (mine was low fat) to a blender or food processor
2. Blend 1–2 minutes until completely smooth (this part matters)
3. Add sweetener to taste (I used raw honey & a table spoon of sugar. If you want it sweeter jsut adjust it to how you like, honey!
4. A splash of vanilla extract
5. Blend again until fluffy
& before you whine and complain about the cottage cheese it doesn’t even taste like it & if you bled it correctly you won’t even have chunks so can’t blame texture there.
ITS SOOOOOO YUMMY
I used it on French toast w a drizzle of honey & some walnuts 😘😘🥹🥹🫶🏼🫶🏼
